PREREQUISITE: Long Form Scenework
This workshop will relate to Mosie's previous workshop What Does The Scene Need? in a physical and practical way, though you do not need to have taken that workshop! Our group will discuss what we see the scene needing and then practice where and how that next thing could take place. This is a great tool to change the energy in scenes and to think about painting a more thorough picture for the audience. Be prepared to be physically active on stage.
Mosie Senn-McNally (she/her) currently performs with The Understudies at HVC. Mosie previously appeared with The Majesters at the Majestic Theater in West Springfield and with the ImprovBoston Theatre where she performed with many casts and taught many classes. Mosie loves the thrill of listening, reacting, and creating unique artistic moments with her cast mates. Mosie has been a high school art educator for over 30 years, she has studied improv for over 20 years, and has been performing in small living room theaters for over 55 years. In total, Mosie brings 105 years of experience to HVC. Mosie is grateful to her wife Molly and three sons who support her improv dreams.
Masks are not required, but they are always welcome.
